How to delete >300 Insta followers?

I was hacked and suddenly I was following 1,133 accounts (down from 2). I managed to manually reduce it to about 380, and now I've been banned from Instagram (for who knows how long). What should I do? Instagram support doesn't have a relevant FAQ, and they don't respond to regular messages either.

You should report to the support yourself (and change your password beforehand). But if the support really helps, the whole meta-concert is a completely different question that I cannot answer.
