I suffer from anxiety and irritability both indoors and outdoors! 😕 How do I deal with it? 😕😩

Accepting it is the best way. Do not fear when fear rises, but do whatever you have to do. Reading, learning, making movement, while sporting movement always lowers fear. 20 minutes jogging and you feel much more resilient than when you’re just sitting around.

If you do not manage all your tasks, then you need to look for a psychotherapist to learn to cope with your life with his help.

Fear states usually always have a trigger. You need to find out the trigger for you or help with a psychologist.

As soon as the feelings of fear arise in you, you breathe deep and out and try to forget the outer world, best to consciously distract yourself with something.
