How to create a character description for a novel synopsis?

Hello,

If I have to describe the main characters in an outline for a thriller, would it make more sense to write a coherent text for each person or rather in bullet points?

Does the person's complete background story need to be described or are just the characteristics sufficient?

Does it also have to include how the characters change over the course of the story?

Thanks for answers!

Best regards

An exhibit should consist of coherent sentences in which the content of a text is reproduced in a focus (in the present).

Individual characters should be described “short and crunchy”, whereby the relationship between the figures is essential.

In my view, to present changes in the nature of the action would lead to too far for an EXPOSE (!).
