How to counter health damage caused by drug use?

About me: I'm still a pretty young guy, just 17 years old. I'm currently still in school and will graduate next year.

But let's get to my question. I occasionally take PEPP or amphetamine, which I snort about 0-3 times a week, depending on whether I'm going out partying or feel like it. Otherwise, I only consume weed very rarely (once every 2 months) and maybe 2-3 times a month alcohol (always separately, never mixing them). However, since I want to suffer as little health damage (physical and mental) as possible, and since my age and my underdeveloped brain make me susceptible to cognitive damage, I would like to know what I can do to counteract this. Since I've only been using amphetamines for a few months, and often with long breaks, I haven't noticed any damage to my mind or body. In my private life, it hardly restricts me apart from the occasional lack of sleep, and otherwise I have a stable home, get pretty good grades, jog twice a week, and go to the gym almost every other day if I can.

Are there any other important things I could do to reduce health damage or counteract it?

(I also realize that I could just stop)

Hello!

A knowledge that sober alcoholics have: “An alcoholic does everything for his health, with one exception: stop drinking.”

You can still make so much effort to do everything for your health, but to continue taking the drugs: one day the consequences will be apparent.

You already build a scheme: if you take a month break, that would be proof that you are not dependent. A scheme of any kind indicates dependency.

You can’t compare drugs with chocolate. It’s better to compare it with the fact that it can’t be so bad if you jump from the Eiffel Tower.

Don’t worry about yourself, your good grades and fitnesstudio and stable parents’ house won’t bring you when you take 17 amphetamine.

If you want to ruin your life with it then go on, if not then realize that you have to stop, either you can do it on your own or find help.

All drugs are bad for you. So you should avoid drugs at any price, you destroy your future with drugs making people happy even though you are obviously in a bad situation, and you will never achieve what you want if you are on drugs

When I wake up and wonder what type am I? What kind of guy do I want to be? a drug-dependent looser or a guy who has control over his life and wants to achieve something? Then I’m not a drug addict, you have to make a decision.

if you don’t stop it, I’m just saying one thing in English:

“if you’re Young and you taking drugs, I think you selling your future away, you’re flashing our future out of the toilet and when you’re older you will regret it”

Unfortunately, it’s never better to look, only worse if you don’t mind. Even if you are still able to take a break for 1 month: your dependency still manifests more and more with every consumption, and you will eventually realize that it will always be harder for you to stop this conscious break and keep you in your usual dosage during consumption. I don’t think there’s anyone who can consume amphetamines more often without slipping in at some point. And as I said, once in there, there’s no way out. Then your brain just knows this kick, and it’ll never forget it. From then on will be clean and clean to the task of life if you want to accept it.
