How to cancel?

I want to quit my current job soon and look for something new. The problem is, my boss is very difficult, and since there are only two people in the company, can he somehow force me to stay or something? It feels like the whole company depends on me because I have to do everything. The other one is still an apprentice. πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ Help!

For the first time, you should relax and not break your head before you even did something. If you’re cancelled, it’s probably your own well-being above all and not the good of others, right? The dumbest thing you can do at all is to quit without having anything else in the backhand. I know some people who quit and then are unemployed for months because they don’t have a new job and that’s stupid!

And no, he doesn’t have the right to keep you here unless there’s a so-called. Annulment contract is also referred to as “article approved by both sides”.

Without this contract, the boss can force you at least max. 3 months in operation until he has found a successor.

Please don’t nail me in the last statement to the wall, because I don’t know if that’s true. It may be that the scheme applies only to azubis after the trial period or the time is only one month. I used to have the subject at the vocational school. You have to read it yourself.

He must know the reason for your dismissal.

No, he can’t force you. You should look for a new job. Otherwise it becomes doof, should the transition not work seamlessly

I would like to announce that I am looking for something new at my current workstation and myself.

Wrong order. Just look for a new one, then quit.

can he somehow force me to stay or something???

No.

First looking for new ones, then quit.
