All current CPUs and GPUs have in addition to a base clock that can practically always be applied under full load even if all computing units are used.

The boost clock rates are always applied and even automatically (you don’t have to set anything) if it allows voltage supply and the heat of the subscribers (and the higher clock can be used). However, boost / turbotact rates are not permanent but only short-term.

AHA… who has assured you in writing that the GPU has a TurboBoost!?

See that the Win11 is on the current stand, install the current driver for chipset and GPU and then go into the BIOS and see if the Honks have also activated Decoder4G and ResizableBar

The dynamic boost uses the map from itself only if necessary and/or resources still available in temperature / and energy management.

The turbo boost is for the CPU. Otherwise, listen to MichaelSAL74.
