If each facade panel has a height of 1.50 m, then the floor height is 3.00 m and there are about 46.50 m at the front from the waterline to the top

I estimate about 40 m. This is the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg, perhaps there is data on the Internet.

Well, let's say there are 2m in the water, then maybe 5m up to the bridge and then about 50m at the top, so 50-60m?

Take a person standing directly in front of it for comparison.

Count the floors – estimate about 3m for each floor, then you have the building height!

Phew, I have no idea. It'll probably be online if you type in the name of this building. But based on the picture, I'd say maybe 40-50 meters?! But I have no idea; I'm pretty bad at estimating 😅. As I said, it's best to look it up online.
