How should I take the pill during a time difference in another country?

I'm flying to another country today, and it's two hours earlier than in Germany. Do I have to take the pill at that time or according to German time? I forgot to discuss it with my doctor, and I can't reach anyone at that time, so I hope you can give me an answer.

If you travel to another country with a different time zone, it is best to take the pill after your own time (German time). However, you can also try to adjust the intake time to the local time as long as you do this regularly and take the pill no more than 12 hours later than usual.

2h don't care about today's pills, and then don't get confused.

Of course after German time. How can one come to such a question?

I can't be annoyed on the Internet, it's just impossible. That on taking the pill of course nothing changes, no matter what time zone you are, even my 15-year-old daughter knows. That is why my question: how can one come to such a question?

I don't think you'd be asking questions for children.
