How should I deal with it if someone uploads pictures of me online with my account name and writes and spreads bad things about me?
It's on Instagram. She just badmouthed me in a comment without asking me and uploaded a picture of me. She wrote that if you see it, you should spread it to other people. I've already changed my name and my profile picture, but I still hope that she'll stop being angry with me and delete it so that I can go back to my old name, which I like better. I hope she doesn't mess up anything else because unfortunately she knows my YouTube account and she even has my phone number, but so far I've only noticed her Instagram. I think she wants revenge on me because I'm not going to let her take advantage of me anymore. She always wanted money and I didn't give her any more. Sure, you could say it's my own fault, but I didn't expect her to be willing to do something like that, especially over something so small. I haven't actually done anything bad, she just makes everything seem worse than it really was. I think she even thinks I've committed a crime, but I don't know why, and if that's the case, then she has. but committed a criminal offense and if you want to know the truth about what I really did, I just wrote to her and gave her money for pictures and videos but I didn't spread it around or anything and she was okay with it except she was underage but she claimed she was 30 and she looked 28 to me but that's not the point. What she's doing is going too far, that's why I wanted to ask if you would do anything about her or if you would just accept it and just change your details. I hope she can't find me on Instagram anymore. P.S. she says she has proof that I'm doing illegal things but I really don't know what I'm supposed to have done unless you know better than that. Is it illegal to pay money for pictures? Although I think I know now why she thinks I've committed a criminal offense because she's from France and at least similar things for money are illegal there, but have I committed a criminal offense because of that? And hasn't she also committed a criminal offense?

Why are you doing what a strange person basically spends on you? So she runs an account with your pictures for you. Are you under 18 years of age?
It would be better if you were to get your parents’ consent and control yourself what is posted on your account. That’s how you put yourself in this position.
