How should I behave at a job interview?

Hi, I (m/19) want to study medicine starting next summer semester and wanted to work in nursing in the meantime. After seeing an ad on eBay for a nursing assistant in a retirement home, I contacted the recruiter and scheduled an in-person interview for Tuesday. Since this will be my first job interview, I honestly don't know what questions to ask or what to expect in general.

I also want to work part-time (6 hours a day) and only until next summer. The website offers a permanent contract to all employees. Friends suggested I shouldn't mention that I'm going to college, as they wouldn't hire me (because they'd have to train me first, and that wouldn't be worth it for someone who's only been there for a few months). Regarding salary, the website doesn't say anything other than "we offer above-standard pay." I assume that will be mentioned during the interview, but if not, how can I politely ask about it?

I also sent the person my resume directly after the interview. Should I still bring it with me in paper form? Should I generally bring anything else?

Yeah, take your question list and work it out there.

And don’t be afraid if you don’t fit the profile! Personnel is so in demand that compromises can also be made.

Another possibility is to apply to nursing homes in your own initiative and to clarify in your application that you want to work only until March.

Only with the 6-hour shifts will it sometimes be problematic if they do not fit into service planning. Please also remember that weekend services must also be provided in care!
