How satisfied are you with Apple devices, and what about iPad tablets?

I've never had an iPad tablet but I could tell you how often my iPhones have had defects that appeared out of the blue and I was close to a nervous breakdown every time. Well, I don't know how it is with the newer models from the iPhone 11 onwards, I've only had experience with older devices, but I'm thinking about getting a tablet, as long as it doesn't perform as badly as the phones. There's nothing as annoying as the screen simply going dead, the device can no longer be turned on and nothing works anymore. Does that sometimes happen with tablets too?
