2 meters is now not a size where I would count on size-related diseases that would hit life expectancy.
I think the 200cm people over 80 years.
I know a person who is 205cm tall and is 87 years old.
Age has nothing to do with body size. My grandma was about 1.45 and almost 102 years old. I currently know a man who is quite tall and is dying at 55.
Large people are no longer or less old than small people. There are no special diseases for sizes that shorten life.
