How often should you take vitamins?

How long should you wait between doses? 15 minutes? 30 minutes?

And which vitamins or dietary supplements can you take together and when exactly.

I have already researched this a lot on the Internet, but I am still not completely satisfied with the information.

I hope you can help me.

The question refers to the vitamins:

Vitamin B12

Vitamin C

Vitamin D3+K2

Omega 3

Magnesium L-Threonate

ginkgo

And what other dietary supplements do you think are important?

C/D go well together, I would take it in the morning and at lunch because activating.

Magnesium and B12 will certainly also go together, either in the evening or otherwise 1 hour distance to C/D.

Ginkgo would have to look.

Important are the ones you lack. One can at least assume that most people have a folic acid deficiency and D3 deficiency. In the case of vitamin E, D, K and A the fat soluble one should be careful. Because they can be overdosed. I would advise you to check with the doctor what vitamins there is a deficiency and then to substitute it. Then you also save the money for everything you do not need and do not have to swallow a complete meal of tablets in the morning.

A distance is not necessary, but does not harm. Ginkgo has no detectable effect.
