How often and when should you renew your witch’s altar?
Hey, I wanted to ask how often you renew/redecorate your altars etc.
I live very intuitively, and so is my altar. When I feel the power of the offerings has been exhausted, I make new ones. I often redecorate it simply to keep it active. I also decorate according to the annual cycle of festivals, the season in general, rituals, current feelings, etc.
How do you decorate it? How often do you renew it? I look forward to your answers.

So I don’t have a special altar.
Basically the whole house becomes an altar for certain feasts.
But I am also very sensitive when it comes to having things around. Samhain is always a little bigger and Yule.
The other festivals take place in the garden.
I actually only place an altar when I have a specific ritual or a feast. After the ritual, everything is removed and stowed in its box.
Victims are mostly foods I can eat according to the Egyptian tradition of sacrificial circulation. When I leave votive gifts there, they wander into my cries, because they are “own” of the Deity.

Earlier witches were burned, not today. I’m Christin I don’t sacrifice seasons would be an idea to re-decorate, otherwise I would and I would do it myself for pleasure and mood. Maybe if you see a beautiful candle, a color scheme or whatever, you can shape it as you like
