How not to starve?

Hi, how do you manage to eat without spending all day in front of the stove? I can barely manage to gain weight.

I get up and make lunch right away, since I don't get up until noon and I'm not a breakfast person. Three hours later, I have to eat again. I always snack in between. Then I eat a little something before training, and after training, I eat the same thing I ate for lunch. My stomach is bloated like a ball the whole time.

There's hardly a moment in the day when I don't eat, but I've actually lost 500g this year. Probably because I used to drink a mass shake before bed and count my calories. Back then, I always ate 3000 kcal a day and barely gained any weight.

How often do you cook a day, and how many meals do you eat? Do you have any tips on how I can eat more? I'm currently trying to drink 1-1.5 liters of water every morning, as it's supposed to expand the stomach.

I'm currently on vacation and finally have time to tackle the problem.

I will describe my daily routine during the holidays and then under the school age. I was cut by 1 week ago. But now I’m back in bulk.

Holidays:

11 o’clock ca: breakfast – I breakfast Cereals with proper milk before sometimes one or two eggs hard cooked. Now in Easter time super feasible. However, it just gives french toast or toast with peanut butter or Nutella. (~650 Kal)

16:00 ca: Dinner – what should I say I am 17 and live with my parents so I eat what comes on the table. But 1000 calories are in it. (~1000Kal)

20 o’clock shake either normal protein shake or mass shake. With peanut butter coconut fat and Nutella milk and olive oil.

Snacks: Always in between: rice wafers, yoghurt, sausage, cheese, … (~1000 Kal)

Say 3 meals but quite a lot of Dazwische as a snack

Under the week:

The first thing I eat is lunch. I know that I missed the full breakfast, but I just can’t have breakfast because I can’t eat it right after it gets up, I just can’t get it down.

13:45 Lunch very different with me (~1000 Kal)

17:30 Dinner on the table (~1000Kal)

20 o’clock snacks like nuts or protein shake.

In short, I eat about 3300 calories and therefore quite well. I’m going to gym 5 times a week. Drink 5-6l a day and was very thin for a long time.

Well, I don’t eat breakfast, the hot 2 calorie and high-protein paint times a day. You can try to increase from 3000 calories a day to more. So maybe only 3100 then 3200 etc. Until you see it’s good. But you also have to be constant and patient, otherwise it will nix with your goal to build a lot of muscles

Eat 500g nuts.

Then you have to increase.

A beer is like a slice of bread. I should just like to make sure that I don’t get bread poisoning. The bite I eat I drink.

At 16 I was similar. That’s what happened. You can check your thyroid gland with the doctor

Hello, how can you feed without standing in front of the stove all day? I can’t make it crowd.

I eat one or two well-stocked breads (300-500kcal per slice) and covered my calorie requirement for the day.

I need to keep the 1200-1300kcal in order to keep my weight, I can’t make it to the deficit right now, as I don’t want to feed on food supplements. At the moment, I’m getting back as I’m on my way and don’t care about my diet.

I recommend that you increase calories in a healthy way. E.g. eat more nuts and more milk products – more fat than lean.
