is the difference big?

Often the models are very identical, but thanks for the hint

Well, is still a relatively good price, since such a exchange is associated with considerable effort. The whole engine must be installed out and back…

if properly done, so also with new chips, and all and the corresponding densities all really new etc. then 1900 with wages are a more realistic price.

At my SEAT Leon 2012, the control chain broke last year. I have paid for a complete change 700 € I have heard that is a very good price. I did it at a workshop where I was a couple times ago

So if the broken down there is your motor ripe for the ton

She was just about to break. This makes this tassel or flapper noticeable

Such a Seat Leon is not necessarily comparable to a CC.

That’s what I noticed. At first the lamp started and then I first heard this funny sound and the car did not pull anymore and then I would rather go straight into the workshop 🙈

If they are running, they have to be exchanged

Yes. With today’s premium quality engines, these parts hold less KM than a cheap toothed belt. In this case, only thin bicycle chains are installed in large parts, with the intention of the customer to get high repair costs.

In addition to the control chain, the gears and the chain guide are also exchanged.

…my honest answer? If you can drive a cc 3,6l V6 gasoline, you shouldn’t cry because of 1900€ for tax chain change… ☻☻☻
