Nobody can manage much more than 100 watts for a long time.

Um… you don't seriously believe that a cyclist only needs to pedal 100 watts to reach 35 km/h, do you?

Well, average speeds of 35 km/h are perfectly normal in cycling races. Over 150-200km.

Do you think they all have a motor built into them? Because, according to your statement, no one could do it with muscle power.

As a senior, yes

300 W, with a body weight of 75 kg this corresponds to 4 W per kg of body weight.

A professional cyclist who is trained for the relevant cycling disciplines should be able to pedal this all day long.

Robert Förstemann – track cyclist

He doesn't have the stamina to perform this feat for several hours, which is probably because he mainly trains for short sprints.

You can google it… around 300 watts on average, several thousand in the short term.
