How many times have you had the flu from Nov 24 to today?
For me it has been about 3 or 4 times now and for me the flu lasts from 5 days to 2 weeks.

Eine Grippe hatte ich vor etwa 12 Jahren das letzte Mal. Einen grippalen Infekt habe ich allerdings momentan. Das ist ja nicht dasselbe. Und ich vermute, dass du auch keine Grippe hattest, denn die dauert bedeutend länger als 5 Tage.
Eine richtige Grippe mit Fieber und Schmerzen hatte ich noch nie.Im Dezember hatte ich eine Erkältung nichts Dramatisches. Ich hatte noch nichtmas Halsschmerzen. Ich weiss gar nicht mehr wie sich Halsschmerzen anfühlen.
Und liegt es an deiner Ernährung?
