How many profiles can a Netflix add-on member have?

Netflix is ​​now cracking down on account sharing. I think you can add one additional member with a regular subscription, and two additional members with a premium subscription for €5 each, as far as I know. I have a premium subscription.

Now the question is whether an additional member can have multiple profiles. If I add my girlfriend as an additional member, can her partner, who lives with her in her apartment, also have a profile through her additional membership, or would I have to add him as a second additional member?
