How many km/h will pass the bus?

How fast can I pass a bus that's stopped in oncoming traffic at a bus stop? If the bus has its hazard lights on, then I'll have to drive at walking pace. However, I'd like to know how fast I'm allowed to drive if the bus doesn't have its hazard lights on.

However, I would like to know how much I can drive if the bus has no warning flashlight.

If passengers get in and out even only step speed when the bus stops on your side. Otherwise drive past.

Inside the village max. 50 km/h, outside max. 100 km/h if no restriction is displayed.

Not quite correctly, unfortunately – even if the bus does not have a warning blinker, it should be driven past it at a moderate speed. At 50kmh output speed would be about 25-35kmh

the total is still valid:

Participation in road transport requires constant caution and mutual consideration. At 50 or even 100kmh drive past a bite, everything would be different than foresight.
