The cholesteria and eggs have been obsolete for a long time.

You can eat your 4 eggs a day. Remember, however, that a very grumpy part of your diet regarding animal proteins is more than covered.

Your body then makes less cholesterol.

Eggs are true nutrient bombs.. good amino acids/fatty acids.

Many vitamins/minerals.

Take care of pasture. trust me.

No, it’s unproblematic. My mother has nen colleagues (she is now retired), sports instructors, former professional footballer, who feeds a dozen eggs daily and is topfit.

Cholesterol’s a big 90s thing.

I also think that 4 to 5 eggs should not be a problem at all.

Check your blood values, feed fully with plenty of vegetables, whole grains etc.
