How many days a week is Gym Gut?
How many times a week should I go to the gym to radically improve my health, flexibility, endurance, and weight loss? And is the 3×15 rep method okay, or are there better methods for doing exercises on machines? Thank you.
3 times the week is already very good
Repeat should be between 8-15
What’s your training plan? Are you doing power sports, cardio or both? Do you increase the intensity? Do you have rest days? Some more information would be good.
