How many cups of coffee at 14?

Hi, I'm 14 (almost 15) and drink about 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Is that okay for my age?

You are currently in the most extreme growth and development phase that every person passes through. It makes sense that there are no interference factors from the outside. This means that such an active ingredient, such as caffeine, which is contained in coffee and cola, does not really have a positive effect, for example, on the neurological development of your body. In addition, the body gets used to these unhealthy active ingredients. The stomach can also be affected by how I experienced myself.

A doctor could explain the effects better. We only have our own experiences, which we pass on, and some things that are about "knowledge" on the Internet and other publications.

Besides, coffee is not the same as coffee. For example, I only contract the coffee powder used for espresso. These beans are burned differently and therefore more comfortable for me at least.

In the end, you have to decide if it gets you. Maybe the afternoon coffee shouldn't be so strong for you or you'll have a glass of water. This is also the practice in Austrian cafés, for there a glass of water is always served for coffee. That's all his sense. Think about it.

I can understand that such a cozy afternoon with coffee and cakes makes up something. However, I find it amazing that this takes place every day. You usually work around that time. I only know these cozy afternoons from the weekends. And there's a cup of coffee for you. It's a lot.

It's not good. Especially to get used to caffeine in such young years. It's like smoking. You need some coffee to feel normally awake when you're used to caffeine. You feel tired without coffee.

Hey!

That this is not necessarily healthy should be aware of you and I would reduce consumption if you don't want to harm your body.

Everything you feed your body, but your body doesn't need is too much. It will not have great effect, but it is definitely not necessary. Only you can know for yourself whether you want to drink coffee or not. You won't die on 4 cups a day, but it's not healthy.

Have you been hanging? Coffee is even HEALTHY! But more than 4-5 cups a day you should definitely NOT drink! It even protects against heart attack & stroke. has actually been occupied. Bitches inform bite? Before you write and spread so much!

Caffeine is of course NOT good in the development phase of the body. I won't let you insult me if you can't show me your approval as a doctor.

Unusual, but I don't think it's harmful.

It's not that healthy at that age.

I didn't know. What could happen theoretically?

Exceptions confirm the rule. It's okay if you're different. Besides, it's your decision what you drink.

And I really didn't hack you like that. :

The scholars argue about this…

But let's be good. There have been enough people hacking around on me now because I'm different from most of them here.

Are you sure? You may not notice it because you are conditioned accordingly.

In any case, you are not a positive example.

🤷🏻 Then you were lucky.

Really? I got coffee since I was 4 years old. I have not yet been able to see any such effect.

I think that's an important point. Thank you.

Wait… this was the subject here, but Google is faster ^^

It can lead to delayed brain development. And otherwise keep the usual:

  • Tiredness
  • Headache
  • Unrest
  • Sleep disorders
  • increased blood pressure

But a cup daily should be okay.

There is no minimum requirement. You can drink 0 cups of coffee.

Zero. You grow, just like your brain and nervous system. You don't need these caffeine shocks now as they influence you. Message arrived?

In growth, you should completely avoid caffeine.
