At 15 it is generally difficult to appreciate. Generally, every body is different, but just in puberty it becomes more wild. That’s why you got this huge span through various computers.

For the beginning: Just eat as much as you can/will and see how your body reacts. Make sure it’s balanced and if it’s just pizza and sweet at a party, it’s not a problem either.
