How many bin liners fit in a bin lorry
On garbage collection day, I once asked myself how many garbage bags actually fit into a garbage truck. All I ever see is the bags being thrown in. Occasionally there's a funny puffing sound, I don't know what it is, but at some point the car has to be full, doesn't it?
best regards S
that counts no one and it is also quite uninteresting because the content of bags and garbage cans is highly variable. Puffs and possible claws result from the fact that the containers on the truck all have hydraulic presses which properly seal the invited material. All containers that are somehow closed are thereby placed, which of course is not noiseless. Regarding “ful-being”: The driver of the truck notices when approaching when the maximum load weight is reached and then drives to emptying. Otherwise, JEDER swipes large trucks quite often, as most mechanical functions are exercised by air pressure. Brakes AND FEDERING are the largest consumers of the vehicle’s air pressure system.
the strange noises therefore come that the müll in the vehicle is compressed with a strong hydraulic presse. in this case place bags and other closed retainers. Of course, the container of the vehicle is full and must be emptied. but this depends less on the VOLUMEN than with the GEWICHT. the load of such press cars is about eight to twelve tons. the driver, like any other driver, is responsible for the fact that the permissible total weight is NOT exceeded, can approximately estimate the weight of his load and then, when the box is full, must first go to the load.
Most of what is in the yellow bags is air. Therefore, the yellow bags in the garbage truck are pressed tightly by a press so that the air escapes and the garbage truck can transport much more. The sacks are inevitably affected, but you can still sort the waste.
this can NOT be dimensioned according to the number of bags, since either a hydraulic press is located in the bodies of the vehicles, or the material is compressed by a large screw shaft. in so-called loose shaking the car would be full after two or three road trains. the müllwerker, which fill the vehicle, remember the “sound” of the hydraulics and their fastness whether and how much space is still decisive, but the feeling of the driver is decisive: he would in case of overcharging cascading points. the driver who knows the vehicle well can see when it has to be empty in the driving behaviour of the truck.
This always depends on how much kbm the car can load. puffing comes from the compressor. he pushes the bags back into the car and pushes them together. the air bursts out
Plain? That means the bags are broken? I thought they were emptied and the content was sorted. How strong are they compressed, hopefully not so doll that the things in the bags can no longer be sorted.
plated sheet metal cans are also recognizable as such and are magnetically separated from the other stuff in the sorting system. Whether the Tetrapak comes into the plant as an empty quad or flat, the computer-assisted detection of the parts does not interest!
For the recyclling, it doesn’t matter whether the empty can is round or flat, as is the case for tetrapaks or disposable plastic bottles.
If you want to sort “bag contents”, you have to open and empty the bags!!! NATÜRLICH place the bags when they are compressed in the collecting trolley by press mechanism. otherwise, they are torn up in the sorting plant so that the content in the plant can then be repacked as pure as possible in terms of sorting or fed together to the reprocessing operation.
Why classified?
that’s your task. you usually have 3 colored tons in front of the door
You want to sort it like that if there’s still biomüll between the LVPs?
Where do you live?
Hello, we don’t have these “bunted” tons. Once a week, everything will be moved in black bags. It’s supposed to be sorted mechanically.
I think that’s the stuff that comes from throwing up the bags. They’re going to recycle and are opened and sorted.
