How long will it take until birth?

it is not good to do fish for the abyss in these creepy boxes – and also the young fish should not be "drawn up".

This has the following reasons:

• The spawning box is far too small
• it is located directly on the water surface, so it is directly irradiated by the lighting, without protection
• Therefore it is often too warm
• the fish have pure stress because they have no hiding possibilities at all (they do not know that nobody can approach them
• often reject the mothers then, means they are born too early lifeless fish
• the water exchange does not take place enough
• the fish food sinks to the bottom of the box and murmurs there and loads the water.
• it is an absolute torture for the fish!

In the case of lively fish, it is much better to provide a sufficient swimming-plant blanket in which the young fish can hide. Some will survive so always – and too many should not be raised, because actually you will not get rid of them.
