Das wird schon, bei mir ist es ein kommen und gehen, alles in allem stabil wenn man dran bleibt was das Rückentraining betrifft.
Ich glaube das nennt sich Hexenschuss du musst beim Physiotherapeuten Fragen der muss dir Übungen zeigen die du dann machen kannst damit Muskeln aufgebaut werden. Wenn du nichts machst wegen der Muskeln dann wird das irgendwann schlimmer werden.
Wenn du nichts machst werden die Schmerzen nicht nur über Jahre bleiben sondern ich auch noch verstärken.
