I want to sell a small netbook because it is no longer needed for my hobby and I want to delete or reset the Windows installation.
I also initiated this via Windows, but the displayed status has remained unchanged at 34% for half an hour.
Is this normal for this process, or can it be canceled? Would it be harmful, or will the device continue the next time it's turned on?

Hello, I have a problem. I have just bought a new PC, connected the PC and everything, and when setting up the PC, where it says "set up a network", it says "install drivers" and then I only get to the page with the files.

The resetting function of Windows is a hidden self-destruct mode, just happens a lot too often that it has to be somewhat wrong, and at the end Windows has to be reinstalled.
If you make a Windows Boot Stick, and reinstalled, then this is a matter of minutes. (Each after hardware even longer)
In case of doubt, I would simply reinstall Windows.
Depending on the size of the FB, it can take a little longer.
