It depends on whether you start from zero or how your playful level is.
With high fingerstyle levels a few weeks. For starters, this can take a few years.
This is technically not even soooo complicated. (for a beginner and possible) Problem with such pieces is that he can probably not play it 2x himself. With this one has a general idea how the piece is built and never plays it the same.
If you start from 0 it will take a few years to play something like that.
