How long does Hungarian salami actually last?
Hi, maybe this is a stupid question, as has already been asked. I have a Hungarian salami on my kitchen counter because there's nowhere else to put it. My question is, how long does it keep and why does it turn grey on the outside? And should I leave this salami in its packaging after opening it, since I still have a whole one, although it's still sealed?
A real air-dried salami lasts up to half a year. However, it is cut into the refrigerator and keeps up to the weeks depending on the salt content. But that would also have to be on the pack.
This is in a real ripened salami noble mold. That’s good mold that’s edible. For cheap salads that are not long ripened, the layer is also artificial.
Ok, thanks to you, I think that’s so funny when you eat them when the salami is gray or
