How long do you have to work for an FSJ?

Hello,

I know that you can work a maximum of 40 hours per week during a voluntary social year, but I'd like to know if there's a minimum number of hours. I found a position where I work eight hours three times a week and twice a week from 9 am to 12:30 pm Do I have to do anything else outside of the job, or does it not matter?
