How long can wet laundry stay in the washing machine?

Until now, my mom took care of the laundry, but unfortunately, she passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, so I'm now doing it. Now I'm wondering how long the wet laundry can stay in the washing machine.

Oh, dear condolences. We've left the laundry a few times in the evening. So overnight was never a problem.

My condolences

I'll take the laundry out at the latest after 2-3 hours. Otherwise it starts to smell.

Two days is still okay in extreme cases, I've already done. – If you're not sure, wash the laundry again.

My condolences. I'm really sorry…

"How long can wet laundry stay in the washing machine?": As short as possible. In the moist-hot climate, bacteria quickly form and the laundry begins to muffle.

In any case, I would rinse the laundry again if it was lying in the machine for longer than a few hours.

Not at all, you don't leave wet laundry in the machine, they're suffocating quickly.

And my condolences for your loss.

Get them out as soon as possible after washing. She's starting to muffle quickly.
