How long can advanced level exams last?

Hello dear community,

I'm just starting the qualification phase and wanted to ask you how you coped with writing such long exams. I had my first advanced German exam on Friday and it lasted three whole hours. It was extremely exhausting for me and I was just exhausted by the time I got home. Do any of you know how I can cope better with those three hours? I'm writing my second advanced English exam on Monday and I'm just scared of the effort. How can I get used to it? If someone says eat something or something like that during the exam then I'm afraid I have to say that I don't want to waste my exam time on that. I didn't eat anything at all in German either and was one of the last people to hand in my exam.

Thank you in advance for your answers

When it's time, just take some grapes with you, as they won't take up any time when you eat them.

To make yourself less exhausted, you should take 3-5 minutes in the middle to breathe and relax.

I wrote my first Lk exam a few weeks ago

Lutsch nebenher Traubenzucker.

Auch Profis essen bei Dauerleistung, z.B. Verpflegung beim Marathon
