It is this sentence:

"If you need help with clearing out/arranging, I'll help you"

Is "clearing out/arranging" written in capital or lower case

Large. It is a substantive verb, visible to “the= for dem. Examples:

  • We are the Eating / playing tennis / shopping.
  • I’m coming of Swimming / climbing / bowling.
  • you are the Mushroom Collecting / for soccer / for riding?

the sentence is correct; Clearing out/cleaning is made big whether the noun is written – to recognize at the word “beim”, what is declining (= when the).

big – it is short for when a verb has an article, it is substantive and is thus big written.
