How is the sentence written correctly?

Hey people!!

I'm currently writing an application and am a little confused as to whether this sentence is correct and whether the commas before "among other things" and "I had" are correctly placed, or whether there shouldn't be any commas there at all. And while I'm at it, what do you think of this sentence? The sentence reads: During my career, including at Tesla, I've had the opportunity to practically apply and further develop my knowledge in the areas of production and quality assurance.
