How good is the price-performance ratio of Google Drive/Google One?

I want to back up my data in a cloud. The most obvious option would be Google Drive or Google One. Is it worth it?

Are there other providers that are perhaps free or offer comparable features and storage space for less money or better features for the same price?

Thanks in advance!

Even though I don’t know innate prices from many other providers, I’ve been using Google Drive for years and I’m completely satisfied with both the range of functions and the reliability and pricing. So I can only recommend.

Where to secure files locally is actually always the more recommended option.

What I remember is “MEGA”. I had a good experience too. I can’t say exactly what it’s costly. At MEGA cost 2 TB just like Google One €9.99 a month, but 8TB only €9.99.

I prefer to transfer via charging cable, everything, 1x a month into laptop, minimier giant files, also store at 4300 ne DVD. And bring minimised back to the phone.

I’m not buying anything.
