If the permit is not to be extinguished, then it is concluded at 45km/h (50km/h with an old permit).

Of course, you can get more out, but you can change the type of vehicle from the KKR (small-power wheel) to the LKR (light-power wheel).

You can have a full acceptance by an expert opinion DEKRA or TÜV and then apply for a new licence as LKR.

A LKR is also free of authorisation (but an official license plate must be issued), it remains tax-free. Insurance increases, you have to go to the main exam every 2 years.

Depending on the driver’s license, test certificate, licence 25 or 45 km/h.

Basically no except you go to the TÜV and let it enter you for the given speed. In case 125ccm

The whole thing doesn’t have anything to do with speed.

If you have an older 50 km/h two-strokeer, which then runs ORIGINAL just under 60, this is not a problem. (For ner Simson, you can add another 10 km/h for both numbers.)

On the other hand, you’re unbelieved at a scooter without this being great faster (45 card on 50 “pimps”) will leave your BE and you’ll get problems. This has little to do with what lobe you own.

Not at all, you can’t change anything or you’re leaving the license.

…as fast as the maximum speed specified in the vehicle papers…
