How does vinegar cleaner differ from salad vinegar?

This is what the ingredients of the Kaufland soap cleaner say

Below 5%: non-ionic surfactants, anionic surfactants. (What are these?) Also: fragrances, Bitrex.

It says you can also use it in the kitchen, but what are surfactants? It's also listed on washing powder for washing machines.

Surfactants are wash-active substances. Because of their chemical structure, they can release dirt. Nonionic surfactants do not react with the calcium/magnesium in the drinking water.

The vinegar cleaners and the vinegar contain both acetic acid. The acetic acid has a fixed concentration of 5% acetic acid.

If appropriate, sparingly soluble residues are formed in combination with calcium and magnesium ions.

Vinegar is vinegar.

Vinegar cleaner is vinegar plus surfactants. I wouldn’t tip the salad.

Take 100 ml of 25% vinegar (500 ml for 0.79 € at NETTO), 400 ml of water and a strong shot of rinsing agent, then you have vinegar cleaner with acetic acid and surfactants.
