In addition to the first light peks of local anesthesia, you should not have any pain from circumcision. If the surgery is carried out professionally and the wound is well sewn and supplied, you should not have any significant pain in the time of healing.

The only thing that can be unpleasant in the first two or three nights is a nightly erection. However, one can easily encounter this by going to the toilet and if there is really no reason for it, one can angle the legs or push the skin from the penis root a few millimeters towards the squirrel, both relax the wound.

Without anaesthesia, it is not cut around… except in the course of religious rituals in infants as far as I know.

Depending on the hospital, you will be either locally stunned or you may choose between local anesthesia and general anesthesia.
The operation itself is therefore painless when everything works as it should.

Painful, however, is the healing after surgery. Very painful. Not only because of bruises and other direct consequences of the operation, but also because the acorn constantly rubs on surfaces and burns and itchy in hell. Until she blunts at some point and you feel much less during sex and masturbation than before. Some even lose the sensation in the acorn.

A circumcision is therefore nothing other than genital suppression if it is carried out without a medical cause like a phimosis.

There’s a good reason to have the foreskin. She should stay there, too.

Without anaesthesia, no doctor will do it.

At my circumcision last year, I pulled out in the OP room to the socks and the T-shirt, then the doctor disinfected the area and put me the anesthesia syringe. After everything was stunned, he first cut through the outer skin, then he stopped the bleeding with an electrocauter and then cut through the inner foreskin, and then removed the remnants of the Frenulum, then sewn everything and created an association that I removed the day after the circumcision.

I didn’t notice the syringes, nor did I have any pain after circumcision.

There’s nothing wrong with local anesthesia or general anesthesia.

Extract, disinfect, anaesthesia, snap, sew, bandage and dress again. Without anaesthesia, it is not made in any civilised country
