How do you regulate meal times?

Hello ,

My siblings and I all have long classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and eat out.
The problem is that we always have a warm meal together as a family in the evening, and my mother spends the whole day preparing it. She waits until 6 p.m. to eat together, but by then we're already stuffed, while our mother barely has time to eat anything.

How can I solve this problem so that my mother has time to eat and we don't have to munch on two full meals in a row?

Do you have to eat a hot lunch? There would be a bread with a covering and then warm together in the evening.

Maybe she can schedule a proper meal for herself at lunchtime instead of waiting for dinner. Alternatively, you could make eating together easier, for example with a smaller warm meal or snacks for you, so that you are not overcrowded.

Maybe you eat a little bit less, then you can do your mother’s favor to eat ETWAS together. So leave a bit of space in the abdomen😁.Simply for the sociality .

Who has a long class, gets lunch at school? Then you don’t have to eat warm again. Mother can cook herself and in the evening there is a little bite, maybe salad for everyone, or snacks.

In the days without long lessons, you can agree that everyone can eat together after school, then, as on weekends, can also be cooked for all.
