How do you recover from a difficult time?

Does anyone have any tips on how to recover from a difficult time? A lot of things have happened one after the other over the past three months, and now things are slowly getting better. However, I realize I'm still a bit under the weather. There have been a lot of arguments where I've been caught between two stools, and it's all cost me so much energy. Does anyone have any tips?

Such life-phase tubes. Write a diary is a good idea, relaxation CD, out into nature, just think of yourself. What would DIR do well? Relaxation bath, massage, yoga course, times, knit, out into nature, a few days of change. The people who don’t do a good thing should be avoided. She was right.   1. out into nature, best morning. For me, there is nothing more relaxing than running on a former military practice site at 2 a.m. 18km, all alone and still dead.
  2. a day in the thermal bath, turn off and soak. Then another wellness massage and a good meal.
  3. Shop clothes. Let yourself have a new outfit. According to the motto “I’ll show it.”
  4. If you are a woman: with a good friend a wellness/beauty weekend in a good hotel.
