How do you rate my exercise and diet today?

09.00 1 coffee with some milk and a few grapes

13.00 2 potatoes with 1/2 cucumber and some cheese. 1 coffee with a little milk and 1 marble cake.

then walked 12,000 steps

15.30 whole milk with banana, pineapple, kiwi (a smoothie)

18.00 90g pasta with tomato sauce and olive oil (something)

Then swim 1 km. Can I eat something after swimming? If so, nuts or Kindercountry? Child pengu?

Yes, that's fine. After swimming, I might have a protein shake… Otherwise, it's a healthy day.

Some people can't eat breakfast, others have to; otherwise, they don't have energy. For your health, however, it's best to eat a hearty breakfast, not just grapes. Then you'll have more energy and won't be working on an empty stomach. I'm no expert here, but there are many articles on eating in the morning that can help you and definitely recommend eating in the morning.

Adequate-Poor.

  • Considering your activities so far, that has been far too few calories.
  • Your breakfast was more or less nonexistent. So, just when your metabolism is getting going, it has nothing to work with.
  • Apart from that, protein is lacking here. It should be 0.8g-1g per kg of body weight.

So you still have something ahead of you.

However, the whole thing would be considered positive, at least from a vitamin and processing perspective. And if you're trying to lose weight, you'll also get a higher rating.
