How do you make (hard) textile boots softer?

I ordered boots with "Outer material: Textile" and "Inner material: Textile, synthetic." Unfortunately, the textile (fabric) of the boots is very hard and has unsightly "creases/wrinkles" in some places that can't be properly pressed out (because the textile is so hard/inflexible, the fabric returns to its original shape after pressing).

Is there a way to make the stiff textile fabric softer/more flexible?

And the zipper on the side of the boots is also quite stiff – how can I make it move a bit more smoothly?

Your shoe outfitter likes to advise you and also has the right products.

Meanwhile, they make more sales with it than with the shoes. 😉 <
