What can you do about obsessive thoughts?
I (m, 17) overthink a lot, which sometimes distracts me at school or when studying at home. I often think about a certain person and can't stop thinking about them. Or I keep thinking about how uncomfortable my glasses feel. What can you do about it? How can you focus?
Desire for children but fear for their psyche and their own development?
Nobody understands it, but I have had such an extreme desire to have children since I was little. I want nothing more than that. However, I have a very difficult history and am traumatized and have a personality disorder. I have developmental trauma and also a schizotypal disorder. Even the youth welfare office says if…
To the kids here, why don't you ever ask your parents or just google things?
Or rather, how old are you? I have the feeling that there are only 5-15 year olds around here. Some of the questions are so absurd or trivial that I generally wonder why some people seem to have such a bad relationship with their parents. Or actually just trolls who intentionally ask stupid things.
What was your most interesting/exciting experience while lucid dreaming?
Hey! What was your most exciting lucid dreaming experience? How do you "control" it? Lg
Hallo Banane07324,
Zudem kann ich das Buch „Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming“ vom Klartraumforscher Stephen LaBerge wärmstens empfehlen.
Danke
Gerne 🙂
