There are complicated invoices to find out (approximately). But it is always best to do it experimentally because sometimes chemical reactions happen.
Chemists calculate the free reaction enthalpy.
If it is not determined experimentally, it reveals the equilibrium constant. The law of mass action applies.
You can shift the balance to product or educt page by certain external circumstances. Temperature, targeted removal of connections from the system…
