How do you get sober?
Dear forum community,
I haven't been completely sober for a single day in about four years now.
I always have to take something, inject it, or smoke it, and if nothing good goes on for a day, I just drink.
I've got my heroin and benzo use more under control now, so I don't think I'd need rehab.
I think I only consume out of boredom and because all my colleagues consume too.
When I'm out with non-consumers, I consume significantly less, although I have to admit that I always smoke more weed than everyone else, but I still assume that I can quit.
What advice do you have for me regarding being sober?
Whoa, whoa! To show up here and make fun of suffering souls struggling with gloomy vows. For truly, there are people who struggle in darkness and find hardly peace in the day. Such is not a matter of serenity and indeed not a subject that is mentioned here for boasting. I thank you for your hard drive!
Yes, indeed, there are many souls on this earth who have become tired of the quarrel and the plague and have lost the pleasure of life. But you, uh, you seem to be in a happy feeling…
Thanks for your poem 🙂
You don’t want to be sober, how to give you tips.
If you think you’re just eating out of boredom, then look for employment and try to stay clean for a few days.
Then you can keep looking…
I’d advise you to consult a drug counselor. That would be a good first step with which you would have absolutely nothing to lose. Your priority should be to get away from the hard stuff first. No one can regularly take opioids and thus become clear in the long term.
You should specify less with your consumption. Supposed drug consumption is not a performance. And you seem to have no problems, except perhaps boredom.
Where exactly is this about enrollment?
This is nothing positive for my reputation
Hello!
Here https://narcotics-anonymous.de/ you can ask the professionals.
For detoxification ez
slim fisherman’s friends in mass looks like snus abducting
and
bite. You have a problem and you should help.
You should get in touch with colleagues, otherwise you can’t do it anyway. And keep doing more with sober people.
After you haven’t been sober for so long, you should think about whether a hospital stay would be useful. There you are among people with the same problem and they give you medications that can help you.
I hope you’re not physically dependent on herois and benzos, are you?
If you really do it out of boredom, you should look for a new hobby. Some occupation, one task. You could go to some club, to the gym. Sport is supposed to help…
There are also many search advice points you can contact.
Or maybe there are some groups like anonymous alcoholics, etc.
The “simple” answer is: take no more.
However, since this is not so easy in such a consumption, it means: making therapy and withdrawal. But you have to want both.
I just think I can do it without professional help, but it’s not that easy to throw away all his friends.
Let’s say that if they don’t support you or try to pull you back in there, it’s not your friends.
Go to a search counsel and let you help.
You should also think about your circle of friends. As long as you’re in this circle, you won’t get away.
By the way, all the addicts think they have it under control.
