How do you get fatter?
I'm over 1.75 tall and weigh under 50 kilos, and yes I know that I have to eat more calories than I burn. A bit more professional answers are needed, thank you 😄
PS: Everyone I know tells me, more or less nicely, that I am thin (leek)
Do I ever make 2500-3000 kcal and that without exercise. And has it brought? I'm sorry, but I don't know how to work. Just try to eat 500 kcal more per day maybe it works with you 😅🙋🏻 ♂️.
Or much fat, pizza, burgers, meat etc.
Calorie excess combined with food tracking using myfitnesspal. Has helped me and thus increased 20 kg in 1 year (65 -> 85)

I would say fat protein keep food. Milk, eggs, *nuts* sweets etc.
