It could be that a wiring wire would be damaged on the support rail (U-profile rail) and this would put tension on it or the frame e.g. using PHOENIX 3212147 PT 16 N-PE protective conductor terminal green-yellow and connect to PE busbar?

It is a transformer for a 12V rope system (12V halogen spots). Since the voltage is unregulated and the transformer supplies alternating current, it is not suitable for LEDs.
Most 12V LED bulbs are AC-capable.
