How do you create such a table in Word?

Hello, I wanted to ask how to create this type of table in Word. (Middle row wide, left and right rows slightly narrower). Regards!

You insert a three-column table and slide the column edges using the markings in the ruler (see red arrow tip and white, displaceable column edge markings in the image):

So if the table of contents itself is created it should be relatively easy.

To do this, click the table, then select right mouse button and table properties.

You can enter the corresponding measurements under column. I use LibreOffice Writer. This is compatible with Word, but it may be that the terms differ slightly. ;
