How do you create a page with multiple companies sorted by location?

I'm wondering how to create a website that lists multiple companies with their own product listings, but only has one shopping cart? Similar to Lieferando, but for homemade products, for example.
For example, customer A. in Frankfurt is looking for a watchmaker and finds three listed watchmakers in Frankfurt and orders from there. Processing is only possible via the main page and ordering is only possible between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., after that you cannot order anything else there.
The other way around, exactly the same Customer B. Orders something in Berlin where you can only order between 5-10 pm
I only find shop systems that are only for one person and if you want to enter other addresses they are only open around the clock and the companies don't have their own opening times.
I hope you understand what I mean. It's actually supposed to be structured like Lieferando.

Then you can actually create a kind of marketplace for services. If you have to make sure that your partners are able to maintain the service in a kind of back-end or portal, then it also works with nem shop system and simple filter function.

But what is I also thought… just if a new company wants to come to this your list of goods has on the side that I also create and make a forward link to my main shop after ordering and then the order is in the basket… just like no plan hahaha
